RONIT SOFT LIMITED

Privacy, Data, & Site Usage Policy

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ronit Soft Limited. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information when you access or use our website (https://www.ronitsoft.com) and our services, including our AI-powered tools.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our services. The types of information we collect include:

  • Personal Information You Provide: When you fill out our contact form, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number (if provided), along with the content of your message.
  • Data for Evaluation Tools: When you use our Business Digital Readiness Evaluation, we collect the text and business details you submit to process your request, recommend relevant services, and support lead follow-up. The evaluation form can include business name, contact details, current tools, business challenges, goals, services of interest, and readiness results so our team can respond with the right technology consulting, automation, security, and growth recommendations.
  • Client Onboarding Information: After an engagement is approved, we may collect business identity, contact roles, project goals, success measures, target audiences, current tools, desired launch dates, preferred kickoff times, communication preferences, public social media links, and numeric Meta Business Portfolio or Ad Account IDs. We use this information to create a protected project workspace and checklist, assign an authorized staff member, prepare a Google Calendar and Meet kickoff, send consented transactional WhatsApp updates, and synchronize the engagement with our configured customer relationship management system. We do not request passwords, verification codes, API keys, access tokens, private keys, or payment information through the onboarding form.
  • Usage and Technical Data: Like most websites, we automatically collect technical information when you visit our site. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates/times of your visits. We use this data for analytics purposes to understand how our site is used and to improve user experience.
  • Consent-Based Advertising Analytics: If you accept analytics cookies, Meta Pixel may collect page visits, referral information, browser and device information, IP-derived location data, and interaction events used to measure advertising performance. We do not intentionally send form contents, passwords, payment information, or sensitive service details through the Pixel.
  • reCAPTCHA Information: Our contact form uses Google's reCAPTCHA service to prevent spam and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Manage Our Services: To respond to your contact inquiries, provide you with quotes, and deliver the services you request.
  • To Operate AI Tools and Evaluations: To process the input you provide to our website tools, generate relevant analysis or recommendations, and prepare structured lead details for follow-up.
  • To Onboard and Deliver Client Work: To verify an approved engagement, prepare the kickoff plan, assign project responsibilities, request role-based platform access, and operate the delivery and support workflow.
  • To Communicate with You: To send you transactional emails, service updates, or respond to your support requests.
  • For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect our website and users from spam, abuse, and fraudulent activity.
  • For Analytics and Improvement: To analyze website usage, understand user behavior, and improve the functionality and performance of our site and services.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Service Providers: We may share the minimum information required with vendors that support delivery, including our email provider, Google for reCAPTCHA, Calendar and Meet, HighLevel for customer relationship management, and Meta for consented WhatsApp messages or advertising analytics. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. These measures include secure server hosting, data encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Platform access is requested through role-based invitations wherever available. Clients should never send credentials, verification codes, API keys, access tokens, private keys, or payment information through website forms, email, WhatsApp, or social media messages.

6. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses essential storage and cookies for features such as theme preferences and security. Essential features remain available when optional analytics are declined.

Meta Pixel is disabled by default and loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” When enabled, it helps us measure website visits, understand whether advertising leads to enquiries or bookings, and improve campaign performance. Meta may receive technical and event information as described in Meta's privacy policy.

You may change your choice at any time using the privacy controls below. Declining or withdrawing consent prevents future Meta Pixel events from being sent from that browser.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by us, such as our social media profiles or links to external resources. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

8. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make such a request, please contact us at support@ronitsoft.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
